Six Rochester Home Builders Sign On To
CityScape 2004 at Newcroft Park
Rochester, NYThe Rochester
Home Builders' Association, in cooperation with the
City of Rochester, has announced six participating builder/developers
in the Newcroft Park development. Builders who have
signed on to the project include:
- @home Builders
- Atlas Builders, Inc.
- Barden Homes,
- J. DiMarco Builders, Inc.,
- Jeff Shear Homes, Inc., and
- Morrell Builders, Inc.
"We are excited to be partnering with the City of Rochester
on this unique new home community," says Joel DiMarco,
President of J. DiMarco Builders Inc. and 2004 Rochester
Home Builders' Association President. "We are responding
to the demand for new construction in the city of Rochester."
Newcroft Park, off Atlantic Ave., just west of North
Winton Rd., is designed to be a beautiful, tree-lined
cul-de-sac featuring 22 homes built in the tradition
of urban living. With properties in the $130,000 - $195,000
price range, Newcroft Park will be a city neighborhood
with character and ambience within walking distance
of many services and amenities. The homes' designs blend
front facades that have a strong urban character with
modern-day amenities, such as open floor plans and first
floor master suites.
Newcroft Park is the first market-rate new single-family
home community in Rochester in over 15 years.
The date for the first of these homes to be open to
the public is September 9, 2004, when Newcroft Park
will be the site of "CityScape 2004," a housing event
expected to draw thousands of visitors and provide them
with great ideas for the construction of a new home,
remodeling project, or unique decorating ideas.
CityScape 2004 is a community partnership with Charter
One Bank, ESL, First Niagara Bank, the City of Rochester
and the Rochester Home Builders' Association.
